CONCEPT 12 ◦ EXTERIOR CLEANING
DG
CLEAN
THE PROBLEM
A family-run window and exterior cleaning team in Bedford, fully insured and DBS checked, part way through renaming from Redline Cleaning Services to DG Clean. The Redline site listed all seven services on a single page, so there was nothing for someone searching for gutter clearing or roof cleaning in Bedford to land on.
The email link in the header led to a page that no longer exists, and the new name needed a site to go with it.
WHAT WE DID
The red of the Redline monogram carries through the rename, with the mark rebuilt as a broken circle around DG, and a squeegee wipe that reveals each photograph.
- Seven services, seven pages. Window cleaning, gutters, fascias and soffits, conservatories, roofs, exterior cleaning and clearances, each with a page of its own for search.
- Twenty pages in all. Services, the areas they cover, how the round works and the questions people ask before booking.
- Pure water, explained. Why the glass dries clean without a cloth, in plain words.
- On the round in three steps. From a quote to a regular slot on the round, in order.
- Their reviews, as written. Four testimonials from the old site, words only, with no star ratings added.
- One number to ring. The mobile, tap to call, on every page.
THE RESULT
The new name has a home, and each of the seven services has a page that can turn up when somebody in Bedford searches for it. The services, the areas and the testimonials came from the Redline site.
DG Clean didn't commission this, so it's shown as a concept: a design we built unprompted to show what their site could be, using their own wording and photographs.
