You keep the findings whether you use us or not. If someone else built your site, the report is written so you can forward it to them exactly as it is.
There's a reason we do it by hand. The person going through your site tests software for a living and has done for fifteen years, wrote a book on finding faults, and is a moderator on the biggest public forum where software testers answer each other's questions, voted in by the testers themselves. Most website reviews are a web designer running a free scanner and printing what it says.
